About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Onboarding recruitment consultants for resource (talent) hiring

2. Coordinating with them for ensuring the maximum footfall during the interview period

3. Screening shortlisted candidates telephonically and shortlisting the suitable profiles

4. Communicating employer information and benefits to prospective candidates during the screening process

5. Inviting prospective candidates for job interviews through a virtual platform

6. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers on the basis of the available schedule

7. Completing timely reports on employment activity

8. Communicating with the selected candidates and ensuring their smooth joining the company

+. Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans for new joiners

10. Developing training and development programs

11. Assisting in performance management processes

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 8th Mar'23 and 12th Apr'23

3. are available for duration of 3 months
