Function: IT Support & Services

Job location: Vadodara, Gujarat.

Educational qualification: Any graduate with relevant work experience.

Skills required:
• Strong experience in service delivery and service desk operations
• Managerial experience
• Knowledge of desktop computing, networks and servers, database management applications, telecommunication as well as working on applications and security.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Work experience:
• More than 8 years of work experience in IT Service Delivery & Service Desk Operations
• At least 3 years of managerial experience

Job profile:

• Coordinating with Global IT Service Delivery Team
• System Administration
• Operation Management

Working days: Monday to Friday

CTC: Rs 11.00 lpa to Rs 12.00 lpa
