Roles and Responsibilities:

Market multiple candidates and manage the entire sales life cycle for Staffigo's IT services, including consulting, software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computingDevelop and maintain relationships with top tier vendors and clientsSource candidates through job boards such as Dice, Monster, , etc.
Communicate daily with consultants and update them on submissions and interviews

Arrange interviews with top tier vendors or end clientsFollow up with candidates and clients throughout the placement processGenerate leads through cold calling to acquire new direct clientsManage the complete cycle of bench salesRequired Skills:

Over 1+ years of experience in Marketing Bench CandidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using job boards and sourcing candidatesStrong ability to generate leads through cold callingAbility to manage the complete bench sales cycleGood verbal and oral communication skills in EnglishThis position requires a candidate with a proven track record of success in marketing bench candidates and a passion for placement success.
