Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter(US Shift)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the US.(Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), Surgical Assistant Registered Nurse, Home Care Registered Nurse, Emergency Room Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery Nurse.)
Engages with the support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.
Preparing candidate profiles for screening with the clients.
Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the US clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
