Job Description:
• Need to Manage the client's Delivery
• Communicate with clients for daily calls and work with recruiters to solve their challenges
• Need to work on VMS Portals
• Need to Manage team of at least 30 - 40 resources

Skill Set Required :
• 8+ Years of US Recruiting Experience , Must have worked on Health Care Requirements
• Must have worked on VMS Portals, Knowledge of Scorecard of VMS
• Must have experience managing recruiters.
• Excellent Communication Skills, Must have attended calls with client and VMS Calls
