Job Description:

- Important task list which need to perform on regular basis are as follows

- Department wise sales performance of individual sales person v/s their monthly target – to be prepared with help of Concern Person ( before 10th of every month )
- Quarterly performance of company eipl & ewspl review , department wise review from margin , sales , expense , payment terms , bad debt provision etc..
- Non moving inventory analysis with help of Concern person/Department.
- +0days and above late payment ( as per individual department payment norms ) to take over from sales person and collect the payment and provide information to management for any possible bad debts.
- Finished inventory stocked ( trading and manufacturing ) analysis -mhe, wb, retail ,
Different register maintenance as per ROC , IT , LABOUR LAW , GST DEPT
- Analysis and discussion on various expense head if movement is more then 10% then earlier month and net effect is more then 50k on monthly basis
- Machine department costing working on monthly basis
- Eot ,retail & wb production department cost analysis v/s production on monthly basis
- Learning of expense voucher analysis with help of Concern Person
