Job Description:

The Human Resources department is responsible for leading the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function within the company. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and regulations, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations and benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role will join the existing human resources team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions and grievances
• Be involved in the recruitment and hiring process, by supporting the Talent Acquisition team including representing the company on external recruitment drives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on human resources related matters
• Collaborate with other departments to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
• Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Support the training and development opportunities for employees
• Support and manage the performance appraisal process
• Strong understanding of human resources practices and regulations
• Experience with recruitment and hiring process
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications and experience:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources management
• Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to reach out as the Human Resources team is growing and will continue to grow in line with the company fast growth rate
