Deputy Manager| Training|Travel BPO

Deputy Manager- Training-Travel BPO-Mumbai (8+years’ experience)

Opportunity for candidates with 8+ years of experience in Training domain and 2+ years of experience in Team Management.

Candidate must have functional knowledge of at least 1 GDS – Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo.

Location: Mumbai

Shift Timings: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Your future employer: A global Business Process Management (BPM) leader.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all the trainings are conducted as per the plan.
• Supporting trainers in conducting the training.
• Preparing and maintaining various process/training related documents in English.
• Maintaining the database for all the trainings conducted over the last 2-3 years.
• Providing relevant data, adhering to the requirements of supervisors.
• Creating contents of the process as per the training and process requirements.

Requirements:
• Candidate must have Experience in BPO Training
• Candidate must have functional knowledge of at least 1 GDS – Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo.
• Candidate must have Travel background.
• Candidate must have experience as Process trainer.
• Candidate must have training team management experience of 2 years.
• Candidate must have 8+ years of experience in Training domain.
