at all, as a bancassurance partner you have to coordinate with bank partner at Payyanur employees to get convert lead generated at a assigned branch into the sales.
• Achieving sales targets
• Increase in number of CIFs / active branches
• Training CIFs, encouraging SBI staff to become CIF
• Arranging training programs for CIFs on products and selling skills.
• Increasing productivity of CIFs

Required Qualifications for Banca jobs nearby in Payyanur
• Experience : 1-10 years from any sales background
• Skills : Good communication and Sales Skills to get convert leads into the sales
• Qualification Graduate from any streams.
• Should be local from Payyanur or nearby town within 30 KM radius
• Excellent conversational and customer service skill
• Should know any of Malayalam, Hindi or English language.
