Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef for a 5
-star Resort +76 Pa nangad at Ernakulam
Job Responsibility:
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail.

You will ensure providing exceptional food quality and presentation.
Planning and execution in all aspects of food, beverage production.
Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
Ensure guest satisfaction in food, beverages served.
Responsible for the cost and inventory
Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
Provide training and professional development opportunities for the support kitchen staff
Experience
6-8+ years of culinary or kitchen experience amp; expertise specifically in continental and South Indian cuisine
Reasonable knowledge in South Indian, North Indian and Chinese dishes
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Language skills in Malayalam or Tamil and English are an absolute must

CTC :
Rs 4.2 - 4.8 lakhs per annum+ food + Accommodation.
