VP - HR - Billion Dollar Business House
• Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
• Develop HR strategies plans for Employee Relations
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
• Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
• Lead all people experience programs in areas such as benefits, compensation, diversity, inclusion, and performance management
• Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mind-set
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports as well as provide daily leadership in HR
• Work closely with the leadership team to continuously evolve our employee experience by optimizing internal events, on boarding, communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee interactions
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team
• Evaluates both short-term and long-range planning for new and existing programs

Report to CEO. Candidates' experience in Sales and Marketing Organizations and Plant Employee relations preferred.
