The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Nalanda branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Nalanda:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Nalanda branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Nalanda customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Nalanda customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Nalanda branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis

Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Nalanda:
• Candidate should be Graduate or above
• Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
• 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Nalanda
• Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow.
