About The Role

The Robotic Technical Field Specialist is responsible for training and qualifying all future potential robotic users. The person will be accountable to develop proven relationships with the Robotic users, nurses and OR team in the existing and future robotic centres. The Technical Field Specialist will work closely with Orthopaedic Sales teams to build and generate new interests in order to increase our market shares in the field. The person will be responsible and in charge to provide servicing support and handle any troubleshooting aspects which could happen during the usage of the robotic technology. We are seeking for someone with an ambitious spirit, passion for technical and innovative technology. In this key position, the ideal candidate will work closely with the orthopaedic surgeons, sales team, and product management teams to achieve established sales goals and implement business development initiatives that improve and grow the robotic technology footprint.

Responsibilities
• Provide training to targeted account; surgeons, nurses, OR staff, admin
• Provide daily technical support to existing robotic users
• In charge of providing proven servicing in case of per-operative troubleshooting
• Responsibility for generating and qualifying new robotic leads in the market
• Delivering outstanding sawbones workshop training
• Accountable for supporting the installation of the robotic system for any new account
• Demonstrating the technology in major congress

Minimum Requirements
• Education: Graduate. Preferred BTEC Biomedical engineer.
• Experience: 5 Years
• Good Communication Skills
• Travel Requirements: 50-75%
