Job Description
The Business Management Associate job is responsible for providing strategic support for the assigned business area. Under minimal supervision, this job executes strategic business management consulting to leaders by analyzing metrics and presentations to support business strategies, driving business management policies and routines, and being a point of contact for leaders in the execution of business management tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Generates complex metrics and drafts and reviews reports in assigned functional business area to inform decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
• Implements policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
• Implements process improvements in the assigned business area.
• Analyzes and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
• Supports business management projects by documenting risks, issues and action items.
• Drives meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

The Lead Analyst – Cybersecurity Awareness will provide support to Cybersecurity’s Awareness and Training team with a focus on cybersecurity awareness campaigns within TIAA’s India-based operations.
Grade – Associate
Location – Pune
Role responsibilities include:
• Support the development, deployment, tracking and reporting of phishing awareness activities, online training courses, and security culture activities for TIAA’s India offices
• Support end-of-month reporting on awareness activities (phishing susceptibility, training completions, culture metrics, recognition and rewards) for TIAA’s India offices
• Support education and escalation activities to enforce workforce accountability for TIAA’s India offices
• Support the ideation, creation and deployment of in-office cybersecurity awareness content and activities for TIAA’s India offices. Content and activities may include digital kiosk posters, events, engaging informational booths, etc., as appropriate
• Support the development and deployment of cybersecurity content for Cybersecurity Awareness Month (CSAM – annually in October) in TIAA’s India offices
• Monitor and respond to associate questions submitted to the general cybersecurity mailbox (globally)
• Support any related Cybersecurity Awareness process improvements including, but not limited to, implementing automation, uplifting Standard Operating Procedure documentation, and enhancing metrics and reporting.
• Report progress and metrics to management on a recurring basis; help foster transparency
• As needed, additionally support RFP (Request for Proposal) response operations for TIAA clients. This may include supporting the completion of RFP responses for clients and/or supporting response database maintenance efforts.
