• Travel extensively for servicing/commissioning/troubleshooting at customer site.
• Responsible for all site activity for erection/installation/commissioning.
• Report Preparation for site activity and getting acknowledgement from customer.
• Coupling Alignment at site both Laser/dial type.
• Customer Compliant follow up & closing
• Scheduling and Visiting for AMC visit with customer
• Motivate customer for AMC and following up and getting AMC order
• Onsite Monitoring & troubleshooting of pumps & systems
• Invoice Submission for chargeable visit & payment follow up.
• Spare Enquiry generation & submission of offer.
• Guide & supporting service technician on technical issues.
• Service / Spares payment follow ups

Qualification; B.E/Diploma (mechanical/electrical)

Experience: 5-8 Year
