Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant your roles and responsibilities will be as below:
• Booking Nurses, HCA's, and all healthcare staff according to client requirement,
• Chasing and taking Accountability for candidate availability,
• Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs.
• Develop and implement strategies based on clients' needs.
• Source and prescreen candidates from Job Boards
• Emailing and calling Clients to follow-up for outstanding requirements

Key Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment for Nurses
• Strong desire to self-learn.
• Willing to work on tight deadlines.
• Good Booking Knowledge (UK Nursing)
• Good Sourcing Knowledge (UK Nursing)

Schedule:

UK hours (1.30 pm to 11 pm IST)

Ahmedabad (On-site)
