We are inviting applications for an exciting opportunity to work with a Men's Lifestyle and Fashion boutique brand located in Central Bangalore. Our brand caters to discerning clientele with a focus on customization and tailored fit in a welcoming space.

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about interacting with people, clothing and tailoring, customer service, and extending a great retail experience and interaction. If you have a love for clothing and tailoring, then we welcome you to apply. Training will be offered depending on your skill set.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
• Serve customers by helping them select products.
• Respond to customers' questions.
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist with the tailoring measurements and trial process.
• Develop and motivate in the spirit of teamwork, while ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Get feedback and capture data from customer visits.
• Create or update customer profile records as per feedback in tailoring.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Coordinate and follow-up with the tailoring unit to maintain tailoring delivery timelines.
• Keep clientele informed by notifying them of order status or new launches.

We offer a remuneration package ranging from ₹10,800.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month.
