Dialysis Technician

Job Brief:

We are looking for emotionally intelligent candidates with experience in healthcare technology for the position of a dialysis technician. Dialysis technicians are responsible for assembling and maintaining dialysis machines, monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment, and maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards when operating the machines, among other duties. Moreover, dialysis technicians need to demonstrate empathy and understanding of patients' emotional and physical concerns, ensuring that they are comfortable and well-informed at all times.

Responsibilities:

· Collect and assess the patient’s chart and vitals

· Manage dialysis machine set up and assemble the extracorporeal circuit

· Prepare and position the patient for treatment

· Connect patient to the dialysis machine

· Monitor technical/ clinical vitals during the treatment

· Unhook patient from the machine

· Record the treatment

· Conduct pre and post dialysis evaluation

· Maintain and disinfect the delivery system

· Evaluate and prepare the access site for cannulation

· Reprocess Dialyzers

· Operate and maintain water treatment plant

· Act within the limits of your competence and authority

· Work effectively with others

· Maintain a safe, healthy and secure environment

· Follow biomedical waste disposal protocols

· Follow infection control policies and procedures

· Monitor and assure quality

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Accreditation from a dialysis technician program.

· Suitable clinical experience.

· Dedication to patient care.

· Attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Good interpersonal skills.

Location: Bikaner, Jaipur, Alwar, Bahadurgarh

Experience: 1 to 5 Years
