What You Will Be Doing

Monitor software applications, systems and hardware in a computer processing environment identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner to meet service levels and standards for the job.

What You Bring
• Strong experience with Production Support
• Cards/ Payments experience required
• Unix, SQL and testing experience
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Working in shifts (24/7)
