Technical Demos | Trials Product Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
You are a key member of the product management / product success team.
In this role, you will
• Curate content needed for Industry Specific Demos and trials for Maximo Application Suite.
• Define the user experience and demo scripts, to be used by technical sellers when presenting and demonstrating Maximo Application Suite value propositions.
• Collaborate on the creation & deployment of the demo and trial environments.
• Assist in the development of the support process of the demo and trial environments.
• Work directly with design teams to create the demo and walkme frameworks.
• Key resource to enable Sales, Tech Sales, Marketing, and the broader Maximo PM teams on the demo and trial capabilities.
• Define user experiences that are compelling and drive revenue.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
2 years experience in each of the following:
• Technical and operational understanding of Maximo Application Suite.
• Installation and deployment experience with Maximo Application Suite.
• Technical understanding of data flows within Maximo Application Suite.
• Basic understanding of Red Hat OpenShift
• Proven interpersonal skills bridging the gap between technical and business focals
• Proven ability to create compelling enablement materials tied to demonstration scripts and presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Experience working directly with clients and partners
• Proven problem solving skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
3 years experience in each of the following:
• In depth knowledge of Maximo Application Suite and how data flows across the various applications.
• In depth knowledge of different deployment models: On Premise, Edge, Hybrid Cloud, Multi-Cloud
• In depth knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift – Installation and deployment expertise.
• Industry specific experience within one or more of the following: Transportation, E&U, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Government, Facilities, Civil Infrastructure
• Strong presentation skills
