Job title: Sr. AC Technician / AC Technician Function/Department: Engineering Grade: OS-E3 Reporting To: Executive \xe2\x80\x+3 Engineering Qualification: ITI, Diploma in HVAC Location: Dehradun UK Experience: 2 to 4 Years Salary Range (LPA): 1.5 to 2.5 Industry: Hotel/Retail/Malls/Good Cinema Chain Job Purpose: The air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner. They ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously. They perform regular maintenance work on cooling units. They diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. \xc2\xb7 Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. \xc2\xb7 Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. \xc2\xb7 Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. \xc2\xb7 Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. \xc2\xb7 Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. \xc2\xb7 Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. \xc2\xb7 Assisting with customers' queries \xc2\xb7 PPM \xe2\x80\x+3 Daily /weekly \xe2\x80\x+3 monthly all HVAC equipment\xe2\x80\x++s \xc2\xb7 Attain the breakdown and complaint on priority and TAT \xc2\xb7 Report broken, defective parts and equipment to the Executive Engineering in an accurate and timely manner Other Job Specification: \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work various shifts, including night and weekends \xc2\xb7 Basic computer knowledge. Job Competence (Skills): \xc2\xb7 Physical mobility and stamina \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of various brand Air conditioning equipment\xe2\x80\x++s Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb+14,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb+16,000.00 per month Benefits:
