We are Hiring for Tooldesignengineer for a Leading #foundry Industry in #jaipur.
details--
job Objective - Tool Design of #postfoundrytools such as #hydraulicjigs & Fixtures, #trimming Dies and Tools Etc.
key Responsibilities-

1-knowledge of all Types of Tooling Requirement for Post Foundry Process.

2-knowledge of Jigs & Hydraulic Fixtures Design, Trimming Tool Design Etc.

3- Good Hands On Experience in 3d Softwares like Solid Works (latest Version).

4- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process Flow in Tool Room.

5- Identification of Tooling Improvement Projects, Pokayoka & Execution.

6- to Support New Project in Tooling Development and other Function for Smooth Operation.

7- to Support Operrations in Tooling & Fixturing.

8- Good Knowledge of Gd&t.

+- Good Analytical Skill.

10-knowledge of 5s, Tpm & Lean.
