Knowledge / Experience
Key Skills:
• Preferably 7-12 years of experience in developing web applications and have good understanding of both front end as well as backend.
• Proficient in Angular, HTML, HTTP, REST, CSS, JavaScript
• Expertise with web application architecture, application security and REST apis.
• Experience in writing REST apis and web applications in JavaScript with like jQuery or AngularJS and Angular.
• Should have knowledge of web development tools.
• Sound debugging skills using tools like browser's developer tools, Fiddler, WireShark, Postman etc.
• He/she should be able to write modular, testable code and have understanding of basic Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Working knowledge of nodejs, npm, webpack, Grunt, bower
Roles and Responsibilities: As part of a development team, the resources are expected to take the following responsibilities:
• Develop web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Angular.
• Take end to end responsibility of tasks/modules/feature assigned from understanding the requirement, designing, implementation and unit testing.
• Stay current on new technologies as they relate to web application development.
• Understanding of application security
• Be self-directed and able to work with minimal guidance
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Competencies
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.
• Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
