Job Description
Job Title: Lead Technician - Real Estate & Facilities
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sr. Manager - Facilities Develops guidelines for space management and conducts
overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process
improvement. Conducts ongoing needs assessment by soliciting divisional headcount
information and growth information to determine space needs for future planning.
• Proactively manages complete facility maintenance of building/sites including but not limited to
maintaining superior condition of company space; acting as the landlord/vendor liaison.
• Coordinates with the Site Facilities head in managing within the department's SLA and KPIs
standards. including but not limited to Facilities Technicians, Service Coordinators, Facilities
Systems, Specialists, Security Managers, Directory Assistance/Reception Supervisors,
Receptionists, and contracted mailroom operation.
