Service Engineer
Job Responsibilities –
ï'· Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
ï'· Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are
delivered effectively.
ï'· Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
ï'· Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative
maintenance measures.
ï'· Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
ï'· Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective
equipment use.
ï'· Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
ï'· Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
ï'· Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry
developments.
ï'· Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
ï'· Cross-domain Engineering Skills for e.g. little knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and
Electronics to gain competency in designing multi-disciplinary technologies

Job Requirements –
ï'· Qualification must be from ITI OR Polytechnic
ï'· A relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
ï'· A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
ï'· Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
ï'· The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
ï'· The ability to remain professional under pressure.
ï'· Superb work ethic and a growth mind set.
ï'· Knowledge of MS Office.
ï'· Intermediate English speaking.
