AC|HVAC Technician

1.BASIC FUNCTION: To handle the team of engineers regarding service calls of repairing, demonstration and installation at customer as well as office premises.

2.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
The role reports to the Branch Manager of organization and works closely with the Operations Team.

3.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle team of engineers

To allot service calls to team members

Route Mapping of service calls

To utilize skills of team members at maximum level

To motivate team members for getting more productive

To motivate team members for doing Carepacks

To do call tracking in absence of coordinator

To update calls against part pending in system

To raise Q & A against service calls

To share reports with branch manager occasionally

To handle customer escalations

4.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Technical skills of related field, Team handling skills, Leadership skill, Proactive approach, Innovative skills, Should be aware about area allocation.

5.QUALIFICATIONS:

Any graduate & ITI or diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience
