Position: Head – Agent Banking (Technology)

Experience: Total 10-20 Years of Experience in IT/BFSI.

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a technology head role in Agency Banking with any of the leading Bank

Qualification: BCA, BTECH, MSC CS, MCA, MTECH

Skills: HTML, CSS, Java, Android, flutter, Xcode, react

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic and planning

Implement, Manage & Support entire Agent Banking Applications of Bank.

• Solutions oriented mind set and creative thinking abilities.
• A good understanding of Risk, Compliance policies and procedures
• Knowledge of current trends and best practice in Banking.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Incredibly curious about how pieces fit together and use this learning to build optimal solutions.
• Incredibly adaptable and can excel in fast paced environments.
• Having in-depth knowledge on banking regulatory framework and guidelines on Agent Banking
• Proven success records in Agent Banking
• Ability to lead and work independently, consult and clarify where necessary and make informed with firm decisions
• Able to work under pressure with positive mind-set
• Design, plan and Implement innovative solution for agent banking to achieve business goals
• Travel extensively to different branches/agent points across the country to enhance business portfolio of Agent Network
• Implementing the policy, guidelines, and circular with regard to RBI guidelines for Agent Banking
• Monitor and ensure all compliance related to Agent Banking
• Liaison with Master Agents and related stakeholders to implement Agent Banking smoothly
