The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Kayamkulam branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Kayamkulam:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Kayamkulam branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Kayamkulam customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Kayamkulam customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Kayamkulam branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
