Roles :

- Leads supplied by the business.

- Educating and managing the inside sales team.

- Educating inside sales staff on effectively answering common customer questions

- Assessing the sales team's effectiveness on an ongoing basis.

- Meeting the sales goals in accordance with the channel strategy.

- You may occasionally need to meet clients or consumers in person.

Candidate Profile :

- Must be Graduated

- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Banking or Insurance.

- Excellent leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Sound organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
