Education Qualification Any Graduate except B.Tech/BE and BSC IT Should have completed basic computer course lik MS-CIT etc Experience Should have minimum of 6 months of outbound calling experience (Preferably International) Must be aware of Phonetic Alphabets (A to Z) Good on overall communication (Verbal and written) Job Description Perform Outbound Calls, do data entry and research & updated in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolve on-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
