Manager Finance Accounts

• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow report
• Monthly and Annual statutory accounts and reporting of financial Statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts to support business decisions and possible outcomes.
• Cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the other departments like Operations, Purchase, Logistics and HR
• Preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts as well as long term rolling plans
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions to the Management
• Handling sales records and invoices statements
• Taxation of company & employees; payroll, tax, insurance policies
• Fund flow reconciliations on daily and monthly basis
• Preparing monthly MIS reports and evaluate
• Co-ordinate with External Auditor, ensure audit compliance reports submitted on time
• Creating a systematic process for in and out cash flow and ensure the process
• Maintaining all accounts related records in a secured manner
• Ensure monthly GST filing and yearly IT filing
• Find the surplus and Implement cost reduction process whenever required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• CA: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
