Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, the newest hotel in the Zirakpur city featuring 131 fresh and contemporary rooms. The hotel is strategically located on Chandigarh-Ambala highway connecting Chandigarh city to all famous landmarks on Northern belt. The hotel also offers 26000 sq ft of banquet venue which is ideal for hosting large weddings to social, corporate parties or meetings and exhibitions.
Your day to day
-Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash/rubbish, etc. -Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and any local legislative requirements -Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction -Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimise waste within all areas of housekeeping The statements in this job description are intended to represent the key duties and level of work being performed. What we need from you
Bachelor's Degree / Higher education qualification / Equivalent in hospitality or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
