Hike Education is the academic partner with the NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies). It is helping students to connect with NMIMS global access schools for continuing education across India. As an official authorized enrolment partner, we provide logistical support to the students enrolled through their respective centers and assist and facilitate prospective students to take admissions.

About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on pan India internal recruitment

2. Work on all interview process

3. Manage the recruitment cycle

4. Conduct all interviews virtual/ Face to face and coordinate with the sales and operations team

5. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

6. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

7. Manage onboarding and new hire process

8. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

+. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process ensures all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

10. Coordinate with the hiring manager
