Position : Legal Solutions Associate

Job Location : Ahmedabad (Work from office only)

About the company:

One of the leading names in Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and marking up agreements with a focus on commercial contracts and non-disclosure agreements;
• Creating contract templates and standard terms & conditions;
• Document collation, version control and document review;
• Database entry/coding, database searching and database maintenance;
• Proofreading of documents including contracts, agreements and transcripts;
• Legal research (manual or electronic);
• Creating and populating tables, schedules and agendas incl. supplier registration requests/questionnaires
• Prepare legal reports and evaluations, e.g. for due diligence
• Execute and support legal training.
