7+ years exp, Tech stack:
• Node JS - server side programming (Must Have)
• Sql (Must Have)
• Kafka or another Event-ing system on similar lines (Must Have)
• .Net (Good to Have)
• Couchbase (Good to Have)
• Distributed Technologies(Good To Have)
• Exposure to Cloud computing – AWS/Azure (Good to Have)
• Kubernetes (Nice to have)
• Java/ spring boot (Nice to have)

Design Skills:
• Breaking down a problem
• Ability to make choices based on data
• Following Good Coding principles
