Full–time
Hiring for Database Administrator with 8+ Years experience.
Work Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Work Mode: On-Site
Compensation: 7.2 LPA to +.6 LPAJob Roles and Responsibilities
l Participate in requirements analysis, familiarize with existing code base and understand current architecture to provide software solutions and/or fixing issues.
l Translate data requirements to technical solutions
l Write clean, scalable code/stored procedures in MS SQL.
l Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
l Respond to requests from business / stakeholders and record them in timely fashion using enterprise tools.
l Perform advance database queries using SQL
l Resolution of assigned task in a timely fashion and escalation where necessary.
l Design and develop T-SQL procedures, query performance tunings and SSIS packages.
l Develop, manage and maintain data dictionary and or metadata.
l Ensure compliance of standards and conventions in developing programs.
l Design develop and implement complete life cycle of data warehouses.
l Translate business requirements into software applications and models.
l Analyze and resolve complex issues without over sight from other people.
l Perform and execute data extraction, transformation and loading using ETL tools.
l Maintain and enhance the existing data warehouse, exports, and reports
l Perform quality checks on reports and exports to ensure exceptional quality.
l Should be able to guide and correct optimize costly queries.
l Hands on experience on ETL technologies. MSBI, Datastage , Cognos exp is a plus.Skills Required
l Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above server side development
l Knowledge of tools like Tableau and/or any other data visual tools
l T-SQL (Transact SQL) Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers
l Need to have good understanding of performance tuning
