Senior Accounts Executive

Job Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai
• Timely processing of reconciliation of accounts data.
• Booking of Purchase & Expenses invoice in the system.
• Provide timely and accurate data for filing returns (TDS/PF/ESIC/PT).
• Assist in periodic closure of accounts, Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly / Yearly MIS & Audits.
• Regular follow up of payments with respective CRMS related debtors & Creditors.
• Maintain Daily accounting reports including company registration.
• Monitoring & Completion of Bank & Branch Reconciliation in Tally.
• Preparation of monthly Cash Flow statement.
• Verification of bills and making their entries into Tally.
• Coordinating with accounts manager for update data with proper procedures.
• Scrutinizing vouchers and releasing for payments.
• Maintaining, controlling bank transactions and making online payments.
• Monitoring bank charges levied on all groups companies.
• Keeping records of vouchers and processing for booking to accounts.
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
• Any other work assigned by the management as and when required
