MS-Power BI Stack Development (Power Query, Power Pivot and Power View), Excel / Advance excel
• Design and develop Power BI reports
• Modelling & DAX using PowerBI
• PBI Report performance tuning
• UI Expertise
• Power BI service / cloud
• Power BI Admin
• Gateway configuration
• Row-level security / Dynamic

Job Responsibilities :
• Ability to build Power BI Reports / Dashboards and Reports by connecting to varied data sources
• Estimate technical requirements and breaks down work to user stories and tasks.
• Design and work on proof of concepts that can be demonstrated to the customer.
• Become customers trusted technical advisor and subject-matter expert.
• Establish best practices and guide team.
• Excellent skill in writing Complex DAX Queries.
• Should have experience in Excel and Advanced excel.
• Workday and Power BI Integration would be an added advantage.
• Migration from other BI tools into Power BI would be an added advantage.
• Should work as an Individual contributor
• Experience in working with power bi gateways
• Ability to Perform Data Cleansing and Data Profiling.
• Ability to optimize report performance.
• Experience in implementing Row Level Security.
• Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners
• Work closely with business stakeholder, data analyst and data engineering team to perform data transformation.
• Understand the business requirements / questions to be answered
• Design and align on mock-ups
• Define visuals and key KPI's that enables speed to insight
• Work with Data engineering team closely to perform data extraction and data transformation processes to create the data set required for the dashboard
• Develop the mock-up design in Power BI and load the dashboard with real data
• Implement feedback from business users and create final version of the PB reports
• Scale, maintain and improve existing solutions
• Implement feedback from business users and further enhance the PB reports
• Prepare holistic documentations (process and technical) to enable proper knowledge transfer of both process and solution to the production team
