As a Tutor Partner, you will have the flexibility to teach from the comfort of your home with a competitive income. We are looking for experienced teachers and university graduates who have a strong passion for teaching. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic self-motivated, tech-savvy, and enjoys working with children. With mysmartpros, tutoring is made easy as you can teach students one-on-one from anywhere with an internet connection, using your laptop or computer.

Job Responsibilities

As a Tutor Partner, you will be expected to deliver live one-on-one tuition classes to students ranging from kindergarten to class 12, as well as to college students, depending on your subject expertise. You will need to prepare well for each class and be available to answer any questions that the students may have. Your aim is to create a personalized and highly interactive learning environment that motivates the student to pay attention and understand the concepts taught. In addition to teaching, you will be required to support students via chat outside of scheduled classes, as and when required. It is important to keep your schedule up-to-date and never miss a scheduled class or demo with a new student.

Expected Salary

The expected salary for this position ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹1,50,000.
