Housekeeper

Job Summary:

AMM Public School is seeking a responsible and experienced housekeeper to join our team. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school facilities. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other school facilities • Perform deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing • Restock and replace amenities and supplies in school facilities • Report any maintenance issues or damage to the housekeeping supervisor • Respond to faculty and staff requests in a courteous and timely manner • Operate housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor machines, and cleaning chemicals • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times • Assist with laundry duties as needed • Other duties as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent time management skills • Attention to detail • Good communication skills • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods • Ability to work the hours of 7AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday
