Preparing pizza dough and toppings according to recipes

Operating a wood-fired oven and maintaining the temperature

Stretching and topping pizza dough with fresh ingredients

Managing multiple orders and timing pizzas to ensure they are cooked to perfection

Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and equipment to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met

Work experience: Prior experience working in a pizzeria or restaurant as a pizza chef is essential. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with wood-fired ovens is preferred.

Skills: Excellent knowledge of pizza dough, sauces, and toppings is essential. The ability to stretch and toss pizza dough with precision and speed is important. Attention to detail and good time management skills are required to ensure each pizza is cooked to perfection.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
