AEI Technologies is urgent hiring for Client Services Manager (male/female) with minimum 5 year of experience in B2B businesswith similar industry only.

Location :

· Meerut UP

Salary :

· For North India Starting from INR 30000/-

· For West India Starting from INR 35000/-

· Note : No bar for good candidates

Responsibilities:

· Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.

· Inspire repeat-business from clients.

· Conduct clients service workshops and presentations.

· Monitor and measure client satisfaction.

· Liaise with different departments about client queries.

· Offer advice to clients on services and products.

· Develop surveys and capture client information.

· Participate in marketing campaigns.

· Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.

· Provide and develop high quality Client Relationship support by understanding client’s business and their product requirements.

· Clearly communicate to new clients Eloquence Company attributes, products and capabilities.

· Sales strategy and marketing planning within sales team, researching/contacting potential clients.

· Understand the complaints and queries raised by Client.

· Offering exceptional Client service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Must having the knowledge of POP/POS (point of purchase/ point of sales)

· Should have good knowledge of Printing Management/Display Fixtures/Retail/Mild Steel Products/Sun Board & Pack

· Should have good knowledge of Counter top Displays/Actual Prototyping/Floor Standing Unit/Super Market Displays/Aerial Wall Hangers

· Should have good knowledge of Wooden Furniture/Retail Furniture/Showroom and Office Furniture.

· Candidate must having minimum 3 year experience in similar industry

· Should have minimum graduate

· Should be immediately joiner

· Ready to do Work from Office

· Excellent in verbal and written communication skills

· Phenomenal conflict-resolution skills.

· Good problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

· Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
