Job Responsibilities:

For Area Sales Manager (ASM):
• Surgical Drapes Sales & Marketing activities in assigned territories
• Team Management + Individual contribution
• Extensive field work, Administrative Operational tasks

For Area Sales Executive (ASE):
• Surgical Drapes Sales & Marketing activities in assigned territories
• Individual contribution
• Extensive field works & Administrative tasks

Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences / Marketing / Business Management "or" in related fields.

Key Relevant Skills:
• Sales, Marketing, Business Development & Team Management.

Job Experience:

For ASM:
• Min: 3 yrs. Max: 6 yrs. relevant Sales & Marketing experience preferably in Surgical domain area or in related domains like Hospital Sales, Pharmaceutical products, Medical-devices, Generics & Biomedical; along with team management experience.

For ASE:
• Min: 1 yr. Max: 3 yrs. relevant Sales & Marketing experience preferably in Surgical domain area or in related domains like Hospital Sales, Pharmaceutical products, Medical-devices, Generics & Biomedical.

Salary:

For ASM:

Fixed Gross pay is around 2.5 to 3.5 L per annum + Earnable variable quarterly pay + Standard Allowances + Additional benefits = Approx. 6.5 to 7.5 L CTC.

For ASE:

Fixed Gross pay is around 1.8 to 2.5 L per annum + Earnable variable quarterly pay + Standard Allowances + Additional benefits = Approx. 5.5 to 6.5 L CTC.

Job Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Belgaum, Hyderabad, Tirupati, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi.
