Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruiter should Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/portals like indeed, naukri, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications, Assess applicants experience.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting in both direct & virtual process, selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule time.
• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Required Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Familiarity with HR databases and ATS, hands on experience in recruiting softwares like HRIS, HRMS.
• Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills with creative thinking.
• Working with team spirit, should know to work on Ms excel and Ms word at least with intermediate level.
• Know to create presentation related to recruitment, new projects, etc.
• Creating job description with clear details for hiring in different department.
• Having experience in marketing will be an added advantage
