Job Description for Sales Associate(Experience in Corporate Sales)

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

· Answer questions about products and the company.

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate leads.

· Co-ordinate with the field sales team about the leads and assign them the same according to priorities.

· Enter and update customer information in the database.

· Ability to complete and achieve given targets.

· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

· Ability to give facilities and services on time.

· OEM Relationship, Customer/OEM Visits.

· Products are like-Server/storage, laptop/desktop, Data center solutions, networking products, services, AMC & FMS, cloud sales

Salary Circa:

Freshers-2.5 to 3.5 LPA INR CTC.
