Job Title: Team Handling Sales Manager
Location : Kolkata
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Kolkata. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Commitments :
- Supervise a group of salespeople to make sure they meet their sales goals.
- Create and put into practice sales strategy to boost revenue and market share.
- Cultivate and preserve a good client connection
- To enhance the performance of sales people, train and guide them.
- Analyze data and sales figures to spot areas for improvement.
- To help sales personnel perform better, provide them advice and comments.
- To ensure that sales operations are in line with company goals, work with other departments.
- Be abreast of market trends and rival actions
- Perform regular performance evaluations and provide team members constructive criticism.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2+ year experiences in sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
Age : 21 to 38 years
