We are focused to provide complete treatment support for diseases like Blepharitis, MGD, Dry Eyes, CVS & similar other ocular conditions with our wide range of first time introduced products. These concepts are well established and getting high acceptance by Ophthalmic Doctors.

Division: Eyecare/Ophthalmic Pharma Division of Waypham India

Remuneration: Upto 4.5LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for Effectively Leading a Team of Territory Sales Executives/Territory Sales Managers/Key Account Manager in the assigned region if Team has given or else Individual Contributor.

2.Responsible for achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales & Collection targets through effectively managing products, team & customers(Doctors, Chemist & Distributors).

3.Ensuring High level of team motivation & Leading them from the front if Team allotted.

4.Keeping good process and controls on various activities and distributions in the region.

5.Regular Reviews, monitoring the progress to achieve month's Sales objectives & collaborating with Marketing and Distribution Teams.

6.Building a strong Customer Relationship through engaging them with promotional activities.

7.Recruitment of regional team and retaining them if required.

Key Requirements:

1.Ideal person should posses Pharma Sales Experience of at least 4 yrs to 5yrs preferably working in some Specialty Pharma Company or Ophthalmic Pharma Company.

2.Candidates working on the similar positions at KOLKATA will be given preference.

3.Excellent Communications Skills are mandatory.

4.Passionate, Task Oriented with high commitment Values.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
