Sales Team Lead

We are hiring for Sales Team Lead [Real Estate] for Pune location, who have good experience b/w 5 Yrs to 8 yrs. Below are Job description:

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in Business

• 5 - 8 years experience

• Comfortable and adaptable with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and changing requirements.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance.

• Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.

• Must be good team player.

• Proficient in English

• Candidate must have real estate sales knowledge & experience.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the assigned Sales Team of the company for Pune Zone.

• To ensure that each & every team member works whole heartedly with full devotion in order to achieve his / her target & succeed in achieving their target.

• Ensure team should not leave without reporting you on daily basis.

• To review the performance of each member on weekly / monthly basis & if some of the member are lagging behind in achieving their target, to take immediate remedial measures.

• To ensure every team member maintain proper decorum in office premises.

• To attend meeting with company clients at site & at client’s place, wherever necessary & to satisfy them for long-term association with the company. Also to make sure that every team member should do at least 5 OBM per month.

• Doing feedback calls of visited clients & Calling to drop out clients. Making confirmation call to clients who have confirmed to visit site.

• Ensure updating payment status of client for every booking.

• Ensure every live lead should get connected by team on the same moment or at the most within 5 minutes of lead served.

• Doing follow up calls in the absence of any team member.

• Ensure team should send whatsapp details in defined format to client without any failure.
