Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable.
Collection Responsibilities.
Responsible for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing.
Bank Reconciliation Day to Day.
Book Keeping & maintain Filing (Sales, Purchase, Expenses).
Primary and secondary sale reconciliation, stock reconciliation, discount credit notes reco.
Responsible for Vendor Invoicing & Ledger reconciliation and payments.
Responsible for Timely payment of GST and filing of returns.
Responsible for Interaction with statutory and internal auditors.
Responsible for solving the queries/ observation of internal and statutory auditors.
Responsible for timely payment of TDS and Filing of returns.
Responsible for all the statutory payments like TDS/GST/EPF/ESI ect.
Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining an account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent
2-5 years of experience as an accountant
Proficient in managing accounting software
Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
Good team player
