Full Job Description
Coordination with Production for FG Material , looking after FG store, FG inventory management .
Independently handle Export , Non commercial & Domestic shipment
Packaging of export cargo
Pre & post shipment-Documentation, - preparing export Invoice, packing List, 2.Airway/Bill of lading / SLI
checking of SB checklist (DBK, MEIS, LUT/IGST) details /, draft Airway Bill / 3.Bill of Lading
applying for Certificate of Origin, GSP , SAFTA Cert & AIFTA Cert. ,
Independently handle CHA, freight forwarders, shipping agent, Transporter about shipment pickup and execution
Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders , Shipping Agents regarding shipments clearance and documentation
float inquiry for quotation to Forwarder / CHA
Logistics/ Vehicle arrangement
Booking of container for stuffing as per schedule
Handling Export documents and submission to Banks etc
Coordination with agency for inspection i.e. SGS/ Intertek / Export Inspection 4.Agency
Preparing MIS related to the shipment, pending issue , stays action taken / being taken etc.
Record of export documents,
Bills checking and submission to Store / finance for payment process
Preparing Purchase requisition for consumable item i.e. Packaging material
Customer interaction (i.e. sending documents for pickup/post shipment documents Inv, PL , BL copy)
